From companies: company name, contact person's name/email/phone, role details (designation, location, qualification, timing, salary, openings, facilities, preferences), and GST number if provided.

From general business inquiries: contact name, company name, email, phone number, and the details of the inquiry.

How we use it

To match candidates with suitable job openings and share their profile with verified employers.
To generate a shareable resume from the details a candidate provides.
To respond to hiring, trained-team, training, and business consultancy inquiries.
To contact you about your application or inquiry — by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

What we don't do

We do not display a candidate's email or mobile number on their public resume.
We do not sell candidate or company data to third parties.
We do not share candidate contact details with employers who have not been verified by our team.

Data storage

Application and inquiry details are stored securely on our servers and are accessible only to our team via a password-protected admin panel. You can request that your data be updated or removed at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

The admin panel uses a single session cookie to keep administrators signed in. The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
